Darren Peterson - Vice President
Darren is a senior investment banker leading transactioins for Ascent clients. He was formerly Vice President of Marketing at an Internet startup; a senior product manager with Onyx Software; and a technology consultant with KPMG's Managing Consulting Division. He is a graduate of California State University, Chico in business management and computer science.

Drew Erickson - Vice President
Drew is a senior investment banker who acts as lead on client transactions. He has experience in various information technology markets and has completed successful transactions while often building value for early stage companies. He has a financial background with a Paul Allen company, Aldus, and has been his own entrpreneur. He is a graduate of Washington State University.

Jon Passman - Vice President
Jon is a senior investment banker working with clients on transactions. He has a stong background in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, DiamondCluster International, and Accenture. Jon holds an MM degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA from Northwestern University.

Alan Kellman - Vice President
Alan is a senior investment banker leading client transactions. He has a background in analysis and strategic planning with CASE Corporation, and has extensive financial consulting experience with clients in various industries. he has also worked in portfolio management with BatteryMarch Financial Managment. Alan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a BS from University of Rhode Island.
